Refund and Returns Policy

Made-to-Order Clothing

As all clothing items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Colour preference changes after production has begun

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where applicable, we may offer:

• A replacement
• A repair
• A refund

Proof of the issue, including photographs, may be required.

Digital Sewing Patterns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF sewing patterns are final.

Once a digital pattern has been downloaded or delivered electronically, refunds, exchanges and cancellations cannot be provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
