Made-to-Order Clothing
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not yet commenced.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of the products.
Digital Sewing Patterns
Digital pattern orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and the files have been delivered.
